Resin by polymerisation route
How the resin was polymerised decides how it behaves on your line. These are the three routes we supply.
01 · S-PVC
Produced by suspension polymerisation and the most widely processed form of the material. It covers the bulk of rigid and semi-rigid work.
Typical applications
Supplied across the K57 to K70 range.
02 · E-PVC
A fine-particle resin that disperses into a liquid plastisol rather than being melt-processed. Used where the material is spread, dipped, or cast.

03 · M-PVC
Polymerised without suspending agents, which leaves fewer surface residues. Specified where optical clarity and electrical performance matter.
